  If you need VT then replace the CPU with a Core 2 Duo of E8xxx Intel or an Intel Core 2 Q9xxx.  HP has eliminated the Benicia mobo I had in my m9200t with motherboard model listed for your PC, but the same processor upgrade information is listed under the p6140f which is not the same list the Q8200.  HP Partsurfer shows the Q8200 as a spare part for the p6140f.  Some models of the Q8xxx support VT
