How can I add a Site Search box?
I just upgraded my subscription webMarketing BC and I'm wanting to add a search box in the site to my site but I am having trouble with the indications found on the Adobe website: Catalyst Business help | Add a site search box.
My first question is just a point clarification #4 under ""create a page to display the search results " "
4. in the editor, enter {module_searchresults} where you want the results appear on the page. What exactly is the editor? LOL is that just the page Adobe Muse and I use the text tool and create a box with "{module_searchresults}" inside? "
My next, more critical question is:
Add a search box to a model
- Open the template in edit mode by selecting Site Manager > models Page and choose the model from the list of models. My Admin of the "Site Manager" a BC page on the left - but when I click it - it shows that "Web Forms" and "E-mail system" I have no option for "Page Templates".
So, how 'Models of Page' will appear. I'm sure that my 'webMarketing' subscription allows for a site search box... maybe I'm wrong.

The Publisher is the WYSIWYG editor in the admin of BC himself.
The important thing to know is Muse: British Colombia isn't, this isn't the only thing you use to make a site of BC, far from it. It's a really basic tool to build basic websites. The instructions that you will find on the BC docs will never reference how to do for Muse, just BC, or you can use your own code editor.
So you need to connect to your site administrator and then you will find the pages, models etc.

Hello live2ski, "trusted sites" are a concept of internet explorer which does not exist in firefox in this form, so I'm not sure what their instructions could be referring to.
You can change some permissions of a particular area, while you are on this page, do a right click on an empty spot and go to see information page > permissions... -
How can I add Google News Search bar?
Often, I would like to do just a search of news and not a Web search. I can't find a search engine plugin to add to search bar that will do it. It used to be that if I performed a search on the Web with the search string, with that I wanted to get some news, and then, when I clicked on 'News' of the Web search results, the same string must be entered for the search for new strictly; and it was OK. But these days, the search string is cleared when I go to the press. Solve this would be an acceptable alternative to a news search engine entry only for the search bar.

On the right of the address bar, there is a visible star when you load a site. Double-click on that to get the place to store options.

When I read your suggestion of 'safe mode' I thought there was a way open Firefox in "safe" mode Now, I'm wondering if you mean restart my computer in safe mode. If so, I do not have such a feature, because I use a Mac.
