How can I change my plan of creative cloud?

I tried several times through support the customer to change my plan because I currently have all programs and images of Stock plan monthly, which equates to around £69. I tried the Stock images as a trial, this offer was sent by e-mail in the middle of last year for a free month of the trial, now not where he mentioned that I had to cancel stock adobe at any time, and yet I continually get charged for it.

I tried to speak several times in December, once through chat online, which does not really lead anywhere outside of a 2 month break in my billing the customer. Three or four times, I tried to call customer support through to actually try to remedy the situation, and yet I find myself stuck on endless waiting and disconnect loops.

I don't mind paying for all programs that I generally used for several of them, but I have absolutely zero exploit the images of Stock, and yet despite me trying to convey what seemed like a robot at the time (online chat), I am always continually charged for a service that does not sign up for in the first place.
