  In the "Paragraph" from the toolbar section, you should see 4 buttons in the top row: one with an arrow pointing to the left; one with a point right arrow; with 4 points. and the other with the up/down arrows.

  The latter (with up/down arrows) is the tool to line spacing.  Click and select 2 double-spaced.
