I used to have IE6.xx (Spanish version ), I've just updated to IE7, now the menus appear in English & more is in Spanish.  How can I change cela return? do I have to uninstall the update?

Hi hubovetz,

I suggest you go thrugh the link below which explains how to change your Internet Explorer language settings.
http://windowshelp.Microsoft.com/Windows/en-us/help/7b4a0825-28e2-4929-82f6-1feac4adb6f31033.mspx

First of all, go online and open Internet Explorer. In the Internet Explorer menu bar, click Tools - Internet Options. To the bottom of the dialog box, click the 'languages '. The dialog box that appears will be a line saying that the menus and dialog boxes are currently displayed in English. Click on the button 'Edit' next to this line. A second, more small dialog will appear. Click on the "Add" button.

This will take you to the Windows Update site, and the site will be a few moments, creating a list of available downloads. Unless you also want to download other components, scroll down and uncheck the boxes that are enabled by default. To the bottom of the page, you will find the language support International section. Find a selection that says 'Spanish Menus and dialogs for Internet Explorer' and click on the box next to it to select it. Then go back up to the top of the page and click on the blue arrow 'download '.

On the next page "Download Checklist" you will get a summary of what you have selected, it shall indicate only the Spanish menus and dialogues. Click the arrow to start the download and it will download and install the update. Once this is done, close the browser window. Back to the small dialog box and click on the arrow next to the text box "Display menus and dialogs in..". When the list down, Spanish should now be one of the choices. Click on I agree, and then click on accept again on the two remaining dialog boxes to remove them. At some point, you will get a message box telling you to restart so that the changes can take effect. Once you do this, the next time you open Internet Explorer menus and dialog boxes must be in Spanish. Due to the integration between IE and Windows, you will find Spanish grow in other places too, like the Windows Explorer.

I hope this helps.
Kind regards
Marnie.
