  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.

  You do want to try the demands of power between machines... they need to be installed, not transferred.  If you want to try to have the software on a different machine just install it by downloading it on this computer.  You should be able to download from your Adobe account, but otherwise there are other options available as well for example, the product page (you can download the trial version and use your serial number to activate it).

  You are allowed to have the software installed on two machines, so there is no need to remove the original machine, but you can if you wish.

  The purpose of providing an OEM version delivered of the software is to allow you to decide whether this software has any value to you.  If it does and you want to use the software on another computer, you buy the software as usual.

  I don't know if Outlook will import directly a stand-alone WAB. He could.

  You might try that first.

  If this does not work, you have two easy options.

  1 export the OE address book to CSV file and import that into Outlook. (Make sure you check the mapping of the fields before making the final import)

  2. install Outlook temporarily on the XP machine and import the addfressbook. Transfer the pst file that result to Outlook on the new, open and copy all contacts in all.
