  This page is not produced by Acrobat, but rather by Microsoft Word. Check the options and disable the option for printing document properties and I think you see this problem go bye!

  Could you please let me know what version of the operating system you are working on.

  The recent tab shows only the list of recently viewed files, is not the current storage destination.

  If the documents are located on the disk local to your device (on the Local tab) or on the cloud of Document (under the Cloud of Document tab), then those who will be visible on the recent tab (if they have already been open before).

  If you log out of your account Adobe Document Cloud, then you will no more able to access the files in MS and recent tab will display the list of local files stored on your device.
