How can I disable "RunAddInChecker.vbs" when connecting?

Some security software, our company is installing Exchange Windows to "run".vbs file extension to "open in Notepad." When the computer connects, Notepad will automatically launch and "runaddinchecker.vbs" is open. The user must close it spend. It's very specific software that him are most often run on closed or autonomous areas (no Internet, anyway). There is no need to run this script. Can someone tell me the best way to disable this? Either manually (preferably) automatically? I really need to be able to run a script or the command-line command that disables it who execute. In "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Connect Pro add to Checker" there are some files, a .vbs, and .bat file named two "runaddinchecker".

All attempts to stop this result running script in the next dialog box during the connection:

Show Logon Error.JPG

I tried to delete the files, delete files, remove this entry HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run, all results in the dialog above instead of Notepad.

It's on Windows 7 Enterprise and Adobe Acrobat Pro X 10.1.5.

You should consider that you could, by doing this, stop the work product. Assuming that you want to run Adobe Connect - it works without an internet connection? But Adobe Connect is not something within our scope here. Try http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobeconnect

    Hello

If the application does not have an option to disable loading with Windows you can stop it yourself.

In Windows XP, click START and use the application RUN.  In the box type "msconfig" (without the quotes) and press ENTER.  A new window should appear, click on the Startup tab and any application here may be prevented from loading by unchecking the appropriate box.

Once you're done, click the button 'Apply', then 'OK '.  When you then start in Windows, these programs will run no longer.

  • How can I disable the warning "this connection is not approved", which appears almost each time I try to go to a Web page via Firefox? I use 10 64-bit Windows.

I just upgraded to 10 64-bit Windows. The version of Firefox that works now on this OS regularly displays a blocking window that told me that "this connection is not approved" when I try to connect to a third-party site. A screenshot of the window copy is attached. How to disable this warning? I can't continue to use Firefox if I can't find the 'off' switch, which so far has escaped me.

Yes, this is the feature, and it is lit.

How it works, is that ESET intercepts all your browser connections to filter the content. If it is an HTTP connection, it is transparent. For an HTTPS connection, ESET must present a certificate of 'false' for Firefox site so it can be the "man in the middle" and decipher and read the answer (otherwise, it's gibberish, of course).

ESET is supposed to insert his signature certificate in both the Windows certificate store (used by IE and Chrome) separated from Firefox AND the browser certificate store accepts the false certificates. But it does not always work. In this case, you can import the certificate manually in Firefox. If all goes well, which has been covered in the manual, but otherwise it's basically along these lines:

    (1) search or save a copy of the ESET signature certificate (it is a file in DER format that usually has the .cer extension). Is your second screen shot what appears when you click View Certificate? Try this:

    • Click the Details tab, click the button "Copy to File. This will start the Export Wizard.
    • In the wizard, choose the DER format and save in a suitable location (for example, your Documents folder).

    (2) import the file into Firefox as follows:

    • In Firefox, open the Certificate Manager to:
"3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Options > advanced > mini-onglet Certificates > "view certificates" button.
    • Click on mini - the References tab, then on the 'Import' button and find the DER file. Note: I suggest allowing the certificate for websites only.

I have attached a few screenshots of reference sample.

  • How can I disable the guests to connect to the iTunes store?

I get intrusive pop-up messages on my iPhone to connect to the iTunes store. How to disable, or completely remove the app store iTunes from my phone?

You cannot remove iTunes Store from the phone, it's a native iOS. You should not be asked to connect to the store unless you try to make a purchase. You can go to settings > general > Restrictions and restrictions put in place for the iTunes Store. That could very well stop the prompt. At least, you can try that. When you set up Restrictions, make sure that you write the access code, because there is no way to recover/reset this password without wiping your iPhone completely.
