  You can only save files on the computer for download and saving then copy the files to the portable device. I suggest contact you support using YouTube for more help or you can search in your search engine third favorite for any software for the same.

  I use songs (mp3 format), on my sd card to my ringtones.  On the home screen, press menu.  then go to settings.  Then the ring styles.  Then sharp detailed.  Then ring.  Then scroll down to (empty).  Press options.  Show you see your songs from your sd card.  If this is not the case, press options, to change the memory storage of the phone to the memory card.  Scroll to the song you like.  Press the play button on the center of the scroll wheel.  Then press ok.  The song is recorded as your ringtone.

  It is usual, but not absolutely necessary, for the emails to download from the server to the TB Inbox e-mail account and then delete them from the server.

  I personally, clear all but the last 30 days on the server, whereas between my monthly backup and emails on the server, I was able to recover most, if not all the mail loss.

  You could get the emails on the server, but you will notice that all dates seem to change the date when you put them back on the server.

  Forever? Doubtful that many would be useful.

  You can save them to RTF or export them as PDF. If there are attachments, you will need to save those separately.
