Needless to say I care that much personal info could acceded as well as commercial information.  Security, 3 administartors (users) appears in some of the boxes, and I only know 2 of them, myself and the default admin?  I'm a recruit of the computer and the other person is somewhat a geek so I could really use some help. I am the system administrator, but don't really know what to look for. I would really appreciate if some wiz could help me.

  You can't find if someone has consulted and used the default Administrator account in Vista. You will need to set up a password so that no one will be able to access the admin account.

  You can press the SPACEBAR shortcut to activate the hand tool temporarily once you are finished with the selection on a part of the image.

  Then, move the image with the key space key and let it continue with the selection by using the magnetic lasso tool.

  You can use the SHIFT key to add to the selection by using the magnetic lasso tool.

  There is more than 1 then option you can click on who makes the black and white output.

  First check the first window you get when you are about to print something. There is a checkbox (lower-left) that if ticked it prints all colors as black.

  If it's not her, then go to the advanced settings of the same window (also in lower left) and check what color profile is used.

  Method 1
  Step 1: I suggest to start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists.

  It has no function in LR to synchronize catalogs.

  If your pictures are on an external hard drive, you can move the file catalog to this external hard drive, and then you will have a catalogue on your desk and another on the laptop. Just use the one on your external hard drive.

  If your pictures are on a network drive, you can not put the file catalog here, so the only answer I know is to manually transfer the catalog back from one computer to the other file.

  Lightroom does not save your work to the photo files. It stores your work in the Lightroom catalog file.
