• How can I get my mail?

  Help!  I get mail, but cannot access it.  I have now more than 700 pieces of mail.  I get daily mail and it keep piling up.  I am in Yahoo Mail and the folder file occupies the entire screen and I tried to slide the side more and nothing happens.  My operating system is V I S T A.  What can I do to get my mail on my screen, so I can read it?

  Seems to me like your Yohoo e-mail screen is not set correctly.  Somehow the left Panel obtained mobed all the way to the right so it hides your real email.  I am sure that the answer is to grasp the edge of the left screen and bring it back where it belongs.  May take some time and some careful effort to capture successfully at the edge of the screen by clicking and holding the left key of the mouse once you have it down.  Then just drag it to the left and you're ready.  If this does not work (and it should) then check your menus for configuring the options and see if there's an option or a tooll for restore your image on the screen at the defaullts system or perhaps close the menu on the left completely (as a temporary workaround).  Try right click on the left menu and see if there is an option to close listed - it may be under another option to check all the options.

  If this does not work and that you don't have such controls, I recommend that you contact the Technical Support of Yahoo Mail and get their help to fix your image on the screen - I don't know that they can help.  This isn't a Vista problem - there is a problem with the Yahoo email program and you need to work with them to resolve the issue if what I suggested above does not work.

  Where are the files located?

  If they are on a device that is not part of the internal system of your computer (that is to say, internal hard drive), it is possible that the program has trouble re-mapping the path to these files every time that you restart your computer.

  I would just do an action to flatten the image, then set it to a shortcut key.  I have this on my computer - just press F4 (my shortcut key) and it is flattened.

  Under 64-bit Vista research presents an update of the available bios - if you have an Intel F.2E processor.  I would say it seems to be no need to apply this patch (and the associated risks of flashing the bios) unless you want to upgrade to Windows 7.

• How can I get rid of the icon "junk" on a message when it was put there by mistake?

  I converted a few perfectly legitimate "junk" in error messages, click the "junk" that is in the same row of answer-transmit-Archives-Junk-delete below of the top window in which information on each e-mail is displayed line by line in any other file (Inbox, drafts, sent, etc.) has been selected.

  It's easy, of course, to move these back to my Inbox, which is where I wanted them, but now they have bright orange "junk" icons displayed to the left of the Date. That in itself bothers me not specifically, but I'm bothered by the action of these icons should represent. namely, that I have "educated" Thunderbird to recognize emails from these sources as junk and start to divert the messages from these sources in the junk e-mail folder. I certainly don't want that to happen, but the undesirable feature seems otherwise good, so I don't want to turn it off, either. How can I get rid of the unnecessary icons on emails marked as spam accidentally? And reverse the "undesirable character" of a message by surgery will remove the Thunderbird learning process?

  There are several ways. The two easiest are click on the Junk icon to turn off or click with the right button on the message and select Mart As - Not Junk.

  I want to write an email to 50 recipients. I have a list of e-mail addresses in Word. I can separate them by points or commas etc. How can I get them, en masse, in my email as BCC addresses. I agree not to go in my address book. This is an email at once.

  Point 1. Addresses go into your address book. There is no where else to put them. Don't want thenm in your personal address book. Add another.

  Point 2. You need to format addresses to a CSV file and save them in word as such. Excel or any spreadsheet will do a better job of that than Word.

  Point 3. The CSV file must be safed UTF-8 text. Excel, I know that is not an additional step to open the file in Notepad and select explicitly UFT-8 in the dialogue being required to Excel.

  Point 4. The CSV file should be im in the Thunderbird AddressBook using the import menu item.

  Point 5 you must align the headers in the CSV file explicitly with the Thunderbird ones uses, otherwise the address that you import will not be in the e-mail address field.

  You can also create a single line with the addresses of electronic mail in Word. Separated by a comma and the copy and place your cursor in the BCC field use the hotkey Ctrl + V to paste them into the message header. Note that this is not technically supported and if you're wrong spaces and commas by things like Returns or tabs all you will get is an email that does not send.
