  If you added the text to the face of a Photo in Picasa and saved the

  When you double-click a file to open it, Windows XP examines the file name extension. If Windows XP recognize the file name extension, it opens the file in the program that is associated with this file name extension. Try to change the file association and check if it helps.

  (a) right click on the image file.

  (b) click on properties, on the general tab - open with: select Edit.

  (c) select Windows Picture and Fax viewer.

  (d) click on apply and Ok.

  • Move
  • Mark all
  • Fact
  • Move images to card? 'Yes '.

  You put block images and other external content under Tools | Options | Security in OE?  If so, then uncheck this option and reopen mail or hit the answer button and then must show the image.  You can also contact the sender and ask that she be sent again.
