How can I get my taskbar at the bottom of the screen on the left side?

everything I try the computor will not work. knows not how it happened.

Hello

Click with the right button on the task bar - uncheck lock all task bars.

Take the taskbar (keeping left click), and then drag to the bottom of the screen.

I hope this helps.
