  I'm sorry but there is no way to do this. The iOS system is currently not able. This article can help explain how iOS displays images.  Order of Photos in iOS

  The only alternative would be to create an Album in the Photos App (you can rearrange manually) or use a 3rd party App. None Displays the names of files. You may need a MacBook to do what you want.

  31 Firefox creates the file sessionstore.bak as a copy of the file sessionstore.js from the previous session.
  The current release is no longer using the sessionstore.bak file, but store a previous copy in the sessionstore-backups folder.
  To use the file sessionstore.bak you should copy this sessionstore.js file to see if it makes Firefox restore this session.
  Be sure to back up all files in sessionstore.
