How can I get rid of these annoying squares?

The bottom of the pdf document is just full of squares, making it impossible to read documents.

Any ideas?

  • How can I get rid of these annoying and frequent reminder on my music library iCloud session?

    I get a steady stream of said notification, "your music to iCloud session has expired. "To reconnect, sign in with your Apple ID" the only options are to click 'Cancel' or the red ball to close the window - in a short time, it pops up again.

    I went into system preferences and clicked on "iCloud. Under 'Options', I see what apps store documents and data in iCloud, but iTunes is not among them, nor any application related to music. When I click on the check mark by "iCloud Drive" I get a warning that, "If you turn off your iCloud drive, all documents stored in iCloud will be deleted this Mac."

    I have no interest in using iCloud and have never tried to create a music session. This warning scares me because I have no idea what documents are stored in iCloud.

    Go to Finder and select your user folder. With this Finder window as the windshield, select Finder/display/display options for presenting or order - J.  When the display options opens, check "show the library folder. This should make your visible user library folder in your user folder.  Select Mobile/Library Documents. Documents stored in iCloud will be there.

    Can drag you across the message in the Outbox overview to get the Red delete button? It's been a while since I had paste an email in the Outbox, so I don't remember if that's possible.

    IF your account is an IMAP account, try to delete the e-mail on the Mac. Actions sync between devices in IMAP email, so they should be in the Outbox on the server and you should be able to get to them in the Mail from Mac application, use you it, or in a web browser on the server.

    IF this is not possible for some reason, try the mail application to the phone reboots and the closing force force the phone and then try again. Press the Home button twice quickly.     You click the Show/Hide in the Standard toolbar.  The location of this button may vary depending on the version of Word that you have (that you did not state).  Click the button again to make the marks disappear.

    See the response of Chet814, but let me add the following: a file extension is much more than a description. It tells you what type of file it is (and therefore which program is needed to open it - see below) and I highly recommend that you do * not * hide them.

    For example, a .doc file is a text file that can be opened with Microsoft Word (or a compatible program), an .mp3 file is an audio file, a .txt file is the text that can be opened with Notepad, Word, WordPad, etc.. a .jpg file is a graphic image that can be opened with any graphics program. Take this information from the file name, you sometimes find yourself in situations where you cannot open a file and you don't know why.

    You don't see them on e step unless you press command + A to select all.

    These points are interfering with any text that are in this area.

    After selecting all, shift-click on each of the objects you want on the page (to deselect them), then just hit delete.

    Alternatively, you could find and select in the layers palette, then remove them.

    Is the mp3rocket name ring a Bell? It may be related to a browser add-on. You might check and possibly disable or remove such an add-on here:

    Try the Extensions and Plugins categories.

    Right-click on one of the images icons Microsoft and select "Go to library folder." Check if you have imported inadvertently a system folder or documents. Check the folder in the library 'Files' pane and if it's a subfolder to navigate to the top-level folder. Make sure that it does not contain any image files you want inside LR by checking the names of all the subfolders. If in doubt always select menu library > "Show pictures in subfolders", then in grid mode through the images. Once confirmed you can 'remove' unwanted images from LR by doing a right click on the top-level folder and selecting 'delete '. The files will be deleted from LR, but not your hard drive.
