How can I make multiple copies of a text with my desktop Windows Vista/Dell computer?

I asked a simple question; Why is it so hard to answer?

Please clarify what you mean by "making several copies of a text".  Please site an example of what you want to accomplish and we'll go from there.  Thank you!

Here is the message I want to distribute paper copies to the members of a group called seekers of Justice, some of whom have no computers:

"Please attend the next meeting of the seekers of Justice, which will take place next Friday, when we discuss topical issues".
