  I tried to contact customer service about a problem I had with my DirectX, and frankly, the 'service', I received from the client has been obnoxious. On the rare times where I actually managed to get in touch with someone, I was treated with complete disregard. For example, I was on a live chat this morning, and after asking three times if I could speak to a supervisor, she agrees finally to connect to one. Twenty minutes later I had not plugged to a supervisor, so I let her know that I've been waiting for twenty minutes. She closed simply disconnected the cat and I now have to wait several hours to be connected to another cat. Microsoft employees have been totally disrespectful to me and their service has been horrible. How can I make a complaint about the problems I had to deal with?   I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.   To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

  If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.

  Go to settings > Mail, Contacts, calendars > press e-mail account. Put the Mail DISABLE (display white side). To return to the home screen (it's essential!). Phone power off. Turn the phone to power back on. Mail switch must stay off - if enabled, you will need to repeat this process. If it is disabled, you did it right - turn it on and the 'ghost' post should have gone - for now. That they will probably come back until this bug is fixed permanently.

  The reason for this question is, if you have a plugged AC adapter you must set power accordingly as opposed to laptop settings battery operated.
   
  I suggest you head over to the power settings and create your own power management.
   
  a. power by clicking on the Start button, open the Options click on the Control Panel, clicking system and security, and then clicking Power Options.
  
  (b) according to the plan you want to change, click on change plan settings.
  
  c. on the parameters of change in the plan page, choose "Put the computer to sleep" that you want to use when your computer is running on battery (if applicable) and when it is plugged.

  Simply select your single logo using any selection tool, then what you do is to select your logo completely, then select 'inverse' then press on delete now you should have your single pixel just save and download logo in your website

  I want some pictures in my site has rounded corners. Im making this by adding 4 divs with background images and absolutely positioned, one on each corner of the image. Background images are png with transparent areas. It works as the site background is a solid color, rounded corners do not need to be truly transparent.

  The issue im having is that the pixels on the curve must be semi transparent. ID like to make this shape as a vector, but I don't know how.

  You can do a vector shape like this perforating a circle within a square. Draw a square, draw a circle above it. Select the two objects, and then select Modify > combine paths > Punch. It would be much easier to export your images with corners rounded Fireworks, rather than hide the corners with divs positioned absoultely, however. To do this, draw a white, rounded rectangle on the image. Choose Selection > select all and then modify > mask > Group as mask. Change the color of the canvas to the color of your HTML page.

  I added a 2nd model for a data definition. How can I make the new value by default so that the user doesn't have to go in as soon as completion/Options and choose the model whenever they perform simultaneous program? The other model is still necessary, but not as often as the other.
  
  Also my form once displays only a (former) model recording. The form allows me to create a second record (select the new model), but then ignores him. My only choice was to replace the first record by selecting the new model. I wasn't expecting a grid behaves this way. Is this a known bug or have I something properly configured? Couldn't find anything on MettaLink...?
