How can I Parallax a wallpaper?

Is there a way I can convert a parallax background and do it fits perfectly on my home screen or the lock?

I use the size of the site information, when I create my wallpaper: http://dekoapp.com/parallax/

It has not been updated in a few years, but I can say that Apple has not changed the sizes of them since. The size for 6 applies both the 6 s-7 and size for most 6-6 s more and 7 more.

  • How can I set a wallpaper if the explorer.exe shell is intentionally never started

    The scenario:

I want to run Windows 7 in Kiosk mode using only the touch input keyboard and mouse.

To do this, I replace "explorer.exe" in HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell with the path to my application. It does everything that I need because there is no keyboard and mouse attached.

I also put a wallpaper that tells the user to contact our support.

So if my application can not start or fails for any reason, the user cannot manipulate the system, but he receives a useful message.

On Windows XP, everything works fine - my application starts full screen so paper mask painted. If it crashes, then the background reappears.

On Windows 7, however, no background appears. The screen remains black even if a valid path is set in the registry. It seems that on Windows 7, explorer.exe is responsible for setting the wallpaper. Since he's never started, no wallpaper is displayed.

How can I manually set a wallpaper if explorer.exe is never started?

Right click it > click on delete.

  • How can you save a wallpaper that you want to reuse?

I want to change my wallpaper but I am too afraid to lose forever the beautiful picture. I have looked everywhere for one year, in order to find somewhere else, nothing helps. So is there anyway to save it on my computer so I can use it again someday or just? Google couldn't answer that for me.

You may not copy and past an image of a page web in the folder, you save it in your right click menu.

Right click on the Image > choose Save the Image under > a dialog will popup choose your location, and then save it.

hope this has solved your problem.

  • Software Distribution Service 3.0. my wallpaper, all my documents, my videos, my photos, my desktop shortcuts, etc. all gone. has had to do a system restore. How can I avoid this in the future?

XP Professional 5.1.2600 Pack 3. Automatic updates are on. After that an automatic update on Mei and June 2012 identified as Software Distribution Service 3.0 my wallpaper, all my documents, my videos, my photos, my desktop shortcuts, etc. all gone. has had to do a system restore. How can I avoid this in the future?

Software distribution service 3.0 is a system restore point, not an update.

When an update is installed a SDS is created.

To check the name of the update, go to the Microsoft Update Web site and check your update history, search for the date, that the error occurred.

Also make sure that your system is clean:

Download, install, update and scan with these full free malware detection programs:

    Malwarebytes (MMFA): http://malwarebytes.org/

    SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

I guess 'Mei' is your abbreviation of Microsoft Security Essentials under your antivirus protection, is this correct?

  • How can I get rid of the wallpaper?

By mistake I put an image on the screen and I can't get rid of it.  I've been to customization > wallpaper and found that they were in the Windows directory.  I deleted the files from there and disconnected and connected again.  It's still there.  Where is stored the image?

When I look at the background to the lower left corner, the rectangle is black but the file name of the deleted file is still there somehow.  I can't find it in the C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes directory or the other.  I renamed the file Customer.theme, but she came back.

I believe that I can change to another background because it's happened before on a different user account.  But what happens if I don't want any change?  How can I get the default folder or something without wallpaper as a classic background?

I found the originals to C:\Windows\Web\Wallpaper.  However I still would like to know where those offending went to can I delete it?

Start regedit and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop, here you have a Wallpaper entry. Looks like you selected set as wallpaper in a program. This creates a BMP file and sets the entry. "A programmer is just a tool that converts the caffeine in code" Deputy CLIP - http://www.winvistaside.de/
