  If you choose to include the harware config when you create the installation program, then you do not have to worry where it is placed and during the installation process, MAX on the new pc will attempt to import it

  If you want to manually copy the configuration on the new pc, put it anywhere you want. You must use the file > import the max function in order to use the new configuration.

  Hello Eric,

  If the machine is running in safe with command prompt Mode, but no Mode without fail, my first thought would be that we conduct issues shell or a problem with Solution Explorer.

  On the other hand, if we had these problems, I expect not boot in any mode for 5 minutes.

  That being said, I'm going to recommend something that I hardly ever recommend.  Safe mode with command prompt, run a SFC/scannow.

  -At the end of the universe, Lightroom has yet to alert the user and behaves as if the update is running (progress bar is visible but empty)

  Expected results:

  -Lightroom displays the same error popup displays for other processes as 'Validate the DNG files', allowing the user to see what pictures are problematic and fix them (by a restore from a backup)
