How can I reactivate my creative cloud (stu edition) plan?

My credit card information has been changed and I couldn't pay Bill of December. He said that "your plan has been cancelled.", but I want to get this plan. Is there a solution or do I enroll in a new plan that has extra payment(+9$)?

The reactivation of the CC has some criteria, which Adobe will check & confirm to make meetings.
