  You can use Adobe PDF package to combine files (PDF and Word) in PDF format. If you want to combine Word files and to retain the Word format, Microsoft Word is the tool to use, then I think it would be as simple as choosing all in a document Word, then in copying and pasting in the other.

  You can't do it this way. Those are the Favorites of IE and Firefox can't handle these files. You need to export your IE Favorites in bookmarks.htm format so that you then import this file into Firefox.

  When DandD or other who get big there is usually a damaged system or approx. to isolate the individual application is difficult. Try to do a restore from backup in iTunes. If that doesn't help, try a restore as New. Unfortunately, a restore as new is a pain like all settings and applications will need to be configured from scratch.

  You can do different things, depending on what you really want.

  If you want not Firefox to remember where you've been, go in Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will: don't remember history. You can use Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox: use the custom settings for history if you want to not Firefox to remember where you've been but always store cookies and stuff like that.

  If you want to clear your browsing history, go in Tools > clear recent history...
