  As other accounts work correctly, try to connect to any of the user account that has permission to the administrator and change the password of the account that fails to connect.

  You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. As XP and all the other modern operating systems, Vista is a multi-user system with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

  In particular, you do not want one account user with administrative privileges on Vista because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default.   Step 1: Check in safe mode
  a. see start your computer in safe mode
  b. check if the admin user account is listed.

  Step 2: If there is no admin account, then restore the computer to an earlier time in the Windows recovery environment (WinRE)
  a. Insert the Windows installation disc in the disc drive, and then start the computer.
  b. press a key when you are prompted.
  c. Select a language, a time, a currency, a keyboard or an input method, and then click Next.
  d. click on repair your computer.
  e. click the operating system you want to repair, and then click Next.
  f. in the System Recovery Options dialog box, click System Restore.
  g. once the system restore is complete, check if the admin user account.

I try to play by clicking on the icon of the user to guess, then a message pops up saying "this computer will restart to a secure system of Safari only for the user to guess." So now I can only connect this system only safari and cannot access my administrator account. Please help me, I need to connect to my administrator account as soon as possible.

  It seems that you simply log on to the guest user account, and then you can choose your administrator account and log in as usual. Here are some instructions on registering your account:

  Close the session

  Choose the Apple menu > Log Out. If you don't want the application windows you have currently open to reopen when you reconnect, deselect the option "reopen the windows when you log in.

  If your Mac is set up for multiple users, other users can connect once you disconnect.
