If so someone can please help me

you have a paid subscription cc?

If so, you must use the adobe associated with this subscription id.  which helps to contact support adobe during the time pst by clicking here and, when available, click on "still need help," http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html

If you do not have a paid subscription cc, you should always use an adobe id (it is a valid email address).  If you can not because you forgot your password, click the link to have your password reset/sent to your e-mail address.
