How can I remove the popups «Congratulatins you won...» » ?

Almost every web page I opened, I get a pop-up screen and a voice that says: "congratulations, you have won!"  Please take this survey; you are a winner!  How can I get rid of him?

Well, one thing you could do is get the address of the pop-up window and add it to the list of websites blocked in your browser tools or add it to a trainer. If this does not work, then you probably an adware virus, in which case you obviously need to run a virus scan. If you do not have a good anti-virus, I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials (it's free)
