  Hi Csbhkvp1, the only way I know about pin of the slab which is not already on the page (sometimes if you zoom using Ctrl-to see all 15 tiles you could spot it) must first of all to bookmark the site you want to pin as a tile, then add the bookmark to the page.   There is no way to do it.  Contact your ISP and write them.  WinMail also has a bit of a bug and if you set the wrong values it will be you bug without end, then go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties and set them there and not when it prompts you.  Sometimes also the ISP service will work intermittently, and they generate the problem.  But the idea of "password" is so nobody else knows what it is, and so there is no way to determine what your password if you forget it.
