How can I save on my Surface Pro SD card?

I currently stores most of my larger files, such as photos on an SD card that I inserted in the micro SD slot. I found that when I use different backup tools that I can't back up the SD card in an external player. Is it possible to use the tools provided to backup my SD card?

I managed to get the history file to my SD card backup in any first format in NTFS then authenticated users permissions.

Click right on NTFS formatted the SD card and select Properties then the tab Security , under group or user name , click the button Edit then Add , and enter the user authenticated followed check names, OK etc.

Then create a folder on the card SD, SD-documents and then right-click on that folder and select include in library > Documents or library what ever you want added to folder.
