I agree with creative cloud and have a Business Catalyst account, but when I tried to email marketing, I got a message saying that was rejected because I have been using a trial version. How can I fix it?
You pay for your site of BC. Sites of BC to use the marketing function require the marketing plan.

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

If I get a PDF through my email, how can I open the PDF in creative cloud?
I'm about to give up and ask for a refund. Nice surprise. I bought this product with the purpose which:
has when PDF files is sent to me - or sent by fax to my selection: I can send said PDF
b. I need to be able to OPEN PDFs said in CLOUD CREATIVE
c. THEN: I need to actually change (and even sign) said files
d. THEN: I need to be able to convert these files into a format (such as a photo) so that EFAX can send the review
If ADOBE CLOUD cannot do that on my iPAD: FINE. Just be honest and upfront about it

Specifically for PDF files, you must install the Adobe Acrobat application in your creative cloud and then you will be able to view a PDF file on your computer and emails.

After years of buying records of CS, I am so happy with creative cloud! The monthly fee is easier to manage, and access to updates and other features CC is the killer.
This killer that I want to give a CC membership and the license for the software download to my boyfriend for Christmas. It is not immediately clear, however, how to buy a second license. When I click around once logged in, the site keeps taking me to my creative cloud. I clicked on 'join', 'buy', etc... and I can't understand how to buy another license and have my card charged twice per month. It does seem like a more intuitive system would be the page in it is necessary to include the number of machines that you want to have licenses for? Then, you only pay for the required number of licenses?
Should I just create a new connection as my friend, but include my credit card number, and then tell him the news of connection? It seems weird to have my cc number in his account... just hanging out there. This should be easier. Soon, I'm going to buy a third license so that I can use the software on all 4 of my computers, and so that he can have a license for its 2 machines. Maybe this is obvious and I just can't understand it. The site takes me in circles.
In addition, I don't want to pay the $600 for one of these cards which is good for a year in advance. I want to just buy another license and have my card charged twice.
You can buy a single license of CCM with an Adobe ID, so you must use the different Adobe ID to purchase another different subscription of CC.

Go to the Help menu option and disable the Muse and then start again and connect with the Adobe Id that you used to buy the MAC and let me know if it works.

How can I burn a DVD using creative cloud? I have not yet and can't find it anywhere.
I need to burn a DVD, but everything I read says to use again. I still haven't and can't download anywhere. It should really be a part of Premiere Pro, or at least be part of the creative cloud. I don't understand why Adobe is doing this so difficult. Burn a DVD should be a very simple thing to do.
