  I would turn off a copy of Windows 7. One of my laptops was stolen, but I still have the discs, I would like to sell. Stolen system was 32-bit and all my other computers are 64-bit, so the disc is of no use more for me.

  Why is it a problem? It's normal. It is IMAP to work, which allows each of your devices see the same repository of email, on your ISP server. Delete a message and it has disappeared, deleted from the server so it disappears from all other devices.

  If you want to take the traffic messages, but want to keep for future reference, I suggest that move you to a folder under the Local Folders account in Thunderbird.

  Android devices are usually quite selective about what email they download, so you do not necessarily have a full copy of everything stored on the server as in your phone or tablet. Note the time when you access a message or a folder that you have not looked for some older time. It is almost certainly being downloaded on demand.

  The alternative is to use POP, where each device e-mail client makes its own local private copy. It will also delete the original from the server, unless your e-mail client offers you a place to leave a copy. So carefully, you might have a local copy on a phone or table and delete might be organized does not affect the server. I say "carefully" because the default behavior of Thunderbird is to remove copies of the server when the local copy is deleted. I can't speak for other email clients how to handle this situation.   Nothing wrong as far as I can see.  A Windows installation will take about 20 GB to 30 GB so it's fine, and you will lose even more space for virtual memory to system management file, hibernation, system restore points file and so on.  Although the "30 GB in four days" is perhaps a little on the high side, considering that you have just installed Windows, there are a lot of household, creating files and so forth go on these days.

  With the help of disk cleanup to delete these files from system restore is a bad choice, because they are created to ensure the security of your system and allow you to recover from any problems that may require them.

  If disk space is as big a problem to get a bigger hard drive and let the system restore to do its job.

  It is easy to add a new user account. Go in Control Panel - user accounts - add or remove some... you will see your main account and beneath the box 'create a new ac' - you want to choose administrator rather standard - give it a name 'Second Ac' or similar - add if desired password - choose picture etc, and you go! Maybe it's that the new account will also allow you to download the photos that will not the other account. If not you can simply copy them to the main account then giving yourself (Administrator) access authorization of the second account. This goes for computer-OS (C) - users (see figure below) and by opening your second account folder.
