  McAfee Site Advisor 3.3.1 expansion was the number 2 cause accidents in one of the versions beta Firefox 5.0 and Mozilla Blocklisted it.   Remove the property required of af: selectOneRadio (or set it to false).
  This property defines the required behavior, such as the obligatory indication (the asterisk) and it checks if it has a value.

  In your example, it seems that it is related to the attribute of a business component, which I think is mandatory.

  The showRequired property is to put compulsory indication without really defining the mandatory component. This setting has no effect if the required property is set to true.

  I don't think you can remove the default books. I open any personal book, select a contact, do a control + a to select all and drag in the personal address book by default. Then delete the empty book. Then do the same for the collected books.
