  I activated the account Admin 'hidden' and used to set up a guest account (with no password) on my Win7Pro machine so that the visitors and friends could use it for WebMail and navigation. I disabled the built-in guest account. I put the parental control to prevent games and various other programs and limit the time that the machine can be used. I made the account member of the 'users' group which, according to the documentation, prevents the evolution of critical parameters.

  So when I log in as a guest, of course I can't run games and programs that I've blocked will not work. B U T - and it's a huge monster, BUT, as a guest I can still go the control user/account/edit and change the passwords of the any accounts Admin then log in as an Admin and do what I want. I find this spirit so mind-boggling that I can't really believe. I went through the procedures of setting up the guest account for a dozen times, and the result is always the same.

  So the question is - how can I prevent guests from modifying accounts? Hope someone can give me an answer and restore my faith in Win7

  Unless you have jailbroken your iOS devices, there are no viruses that can infect them. Sounds like PayPal tries to return the ball.
