  I could be wrong, but in my research for this issue, I learned that there is no solution from Adobe to convert an F4V or a FLV. I talked to Adobe support directly and they told me to buy a 3rd party conversion program. I find absolutely stupid that the only way to embed a video in Animate using a FLV or F4V, and there is no codec to convert video in this format.

  Background: on my HP PC for years, I've created folders for each Member of our family.  Thus, a paper copy of each group photo were regularly filed in each issue of people pictured in it.  Migration to iPhoto and iMac five years ago, all copies of the same photo were transferred on my Mac.  More recently, I've migrated my iPhotos library of Photos.  I would like to clarify these multiple copies to a hard copy, but I feel of the complications and risks.   There is no need to uninstall anything, both devices will share information and that there are no 'master-slave' logic on Firefox Sync. All devices are identical.
