How can I transfer music from my iPod to Windows Media Player?

WMP is not built-in iPod support, so you will need to use another media player, such as iTunes or Winamp, to get the music from the iPod to the PC (I don't know if iTunes will allow you to do, but Winamp will certainly be).

If you then copy the music files to your personal music collection, they appear automatically in the WMP library.

  • How do I transfer songs purchased on Napster to Windows Media Player

I am trying to find a way more direct songs to transfer that I bought at Napster over my Windows Media where I have my collection of songs and audio books. The only way I've been transferring them was 1 I burn songs to a CD of napster, then I go and rip for Windows Media. It's slow and a waste of a CD basically. Is there another way? An MP3 would work? Transfer of MP3 of Napster, but you can get the MP3 songs and on Windows Media, it'll work like that? If yes then I could just delete the MP3 when finished and the task completed. Is there another way with using any device?

You can download the songs from Napster directly to the Media Player or Windows Media Center.
Once purchased, you can keep this music on your PC forever, burn to CD or transfer them to a compatible MP3 player.

Go to the site below Napster to consult the frequently asked questions.

    I hope this helps.

I'm reading a file mpeg and Windows Media Player C00D1199 error.  How to get good download of the missing codec?  I have windows 7 x 64 os.

    All is not lost.

Download and install a pack of codecs, such as K-Lite (Google for it). You can find THAT WMP can then read the file.

    Or
Download and install a small program called Gspot (Google it)! Drag and drop in its window one of the files, you can't plzy. It will tell you which codecs are used. You can then download and install the only after doing a search on the web for it.
    See you soon,.

  • . AVI files play in Windows Media Player, and then begin to stutter.

    Original title:

This only happens when I actually want to sit and watch something. I find mpg and wmv General files stutter in Windows Media Player. But most other files do, especially avi compressed. I use VLC Player and then he given high priority by the Task Manager to at least reduce stuttering. I also play the mpegs via media player as they stutter loads in VLC. But it is the codec relate, this general stuttering is not codec related... read on. It is not the performance. I killed all the processes under the Sun without result. Any ideas? Win 7 32-bit 4 GB ram Core 2 Duo 2 Ghz SP Secutiry Essentials (killed it too much to try to resolve) the video but its almost as if Windows is something in the background, but does not know what that. Same problem on my dekstop operating under Windows 7 64-bit with 4 GB of ram and a dual core processor. This machine has a Nvidia 9500GT for video acceleration hardware. However, it does not help for all types of files. I was watching a movie the other day and it was fine for the first hour or two. Then the hard drive on my desk light started going mental, video started stutering bad. I raised the priority of the process media player but it only limited effect. I could see no process or high CPU usage or anything to indicate what the bloody thing. So, what the * is Windows do during these periods? How I can sit there and locked up for an hour or two, so I can watch my bloody video? If it was a dog I would enter the * on it until he learned to sit there and not * do anything while I watched my video.

    Hello

You can drag and drop playlist in Notepad or any other text editor. See: http://www.wikihow.com/Save-a-Printable-List-of-Your-Songs-in-Windows-Media-Player

Personally, I find it not very convenient, it's too much editing involved for my taste.
