  I have been using the effect overlay cache rail in combination with the titration module to create an effect of "fuzzy" to blur faces and words insult on the videos, I've been producing.   I had this problem too... where the blur fails on the edges of the box... was very boring...

  It seems to happen when the mask is created in the window title... but not if you create the mask in photoshop...

  Try this maybe...

  Get your first mask in window title for your first frame of the video that will use the mask...

  This will give you the size and location of the mask for your first image...

  Put this mask on your timeline... and the CTI put on and 'export - image'... Instead you love (office, whatever)

  Open it in photoshop...

  Now... because this mask will move (position) you can use the 'canvas' size setting to enlarge your mask... If you do not miss black... the mask will be white pure to be transparent and the rest will be pure black to opaque... do you what you want with Blur Gaussian etc... you know... set the thing to make it work as you want...

  Save the file as PSD when you finished and import the PSD NLE file and clear the mask in the window title... and use the file psd rather...

  1. You have the disc of windows 7 installation?

  I want to suggest everything first, disconnect any external devices (Cd/DVD, USB key, webcam, memory card reader, etc.), except the mouse and keyboard and try to start.

  Now press Ctrl + Shift + ESC key combination to check if the Task Manager opens.

  Is it possible to change this without doing a uninstall and reinstallation of Thunderbird from scratch? I can't find anything in the options, but I know that it gives a choice during installation.

  Is there an equivalent of the Firefox about:config which can be edited to acheive this?
