  I am, I ordered this laptop back HP 15-af008AX (N4F83PA),
  And I do not know how to install Windows on that and what I should install.

  (1) what should I install windows 8, 8.1 or 10 (which will be more compatible with the drivers)?
  (2) how to install it? Normal installation method will work? I mean I used to install the operating system from bootable USB key, this will work? & What is the key to start for this laptop.

  (4) some said in the review of this computer laptop v, they get only 800 ram frequency, while the HP describes it had 1600 frequency? What is a defect or what I need to change in the settings?.

  I read your post about installing Windows and he wanted to help!

  As long as you have the product key for Windows, you can install via USB or the software disk.  Just follow the instructions on the screen.  You can check this site to see if your product is compatible with Windows 10: upgrade to Windows 10

  If you are not sure about Windows 10, then I recommend installation 8.1 Windows and recovery media creation.  You can use this document to help you, if necessary: HP PC - create a recovery Image on disk or save a recovery Image on a Flash drive (Windows 8)

  In this way, you can upgrade to Windows 10 If you choose, and if you are not happy with it, you can return to Windows 8. 1. once the operating system is ready to go, you can get the drivers you need for your product at the following site: drivers - HP for laptop - 15-af008ax

  Your PC must have a hidden partition which contains an image of the Windows operating system.

  Step 1: I suggest to start in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists:

  Sign in to Facebook with your laptop. Click on the photos\videos button transfer and the path to the directory where you have stored on your laptop. You can create a Photo album to organize your photos\videos by date or to a particular category.  Unless the photos are in a format that does not like Facebook software or they are too big you shouldn't have a problem doing this.
