  You can install your app cc and programs on an unlimited number of computers.

  the only (minor) limitation is that you can only sign-in (and therefore start) programs cc on, more than two computers at the same time, but that is not really a restriction because you can logout of the computers and computer b with c, so you don't have even remember to disconnect to connect on a 3rd.

  You can use 12 with Elements 8 items and they can co-exist. According to the EULA, you may install the software on the Machine 2 but can use on 1 Machine at a time.

  Creative desktop cloud applications can be downloaded and installed on multiple computers, regardless of the operating system. However, the activation is limited to two machines per individual related to the composition, and you may not use the software on these devices simultaneously.

  You can install the software on two computers. These two computers can be Windows, Mac OS, or everyone. If you install on a third computer, you will be asked to turn off this feature on the other two computers. You can then re-enable one of the two previous computers and use Cloud Creative apps on it. You may not use the applications on all computers at the same time.

  You can install it on as many machines as you want.  Of these facilities, you can have two of them turned on at the same time.  Of these two you can use only the subscription on one at a time.

  so, if you want to enable a program not creative cloud on a 3rd computer, you must disable one of the other two.  with cc, you can activate (connect) on the 3rd and it will give you the option of disconnecting the other are two makes it easier to use more than 2 computers.

  In other words, you can use the applications on machines up to 2. Maybe Lr on one and the PS on the other.

  This seems to be a badly phrased statement, which is directly contradicted by the terms of service (section 4.1), which allows the software to be activated on both machines (it's LR on PS and 2 of 2) with restrictions (cannot be used on both machines at the same time).

  You are allowed to have installed/functional software on two machines.  If your CV is in line with the specifications of the software then you shouldn't have a problem to have installed on both.
