How put the 2nd HDD/SSD in XPS 17 L701X-... There is no support!

I would like to replace my HDD for an SSD, but I want to continue to use the original HARD disk. The XPS 17 has two positions of HARD drive, but only one of them has the bracket. Where can I get a second tranche? None is listed in the list of items on the Web site.

I'm fine with another type of support that adapts, but so far I paint a white when searching for it.

I want to know, how can I install the 2nd hard disk on my Satellite P200 - 14H and what I have to buy, because when I open the 2nd hdd slot, so I don't see anything about what I could add the 2nd disc

    Thanks, Filip

    Hello

Maybe you don't see the second HARD drive connectors because the phone does not support the 2nd HARD drive?
Not all laptops even if the 2nd HARD drive Bay is available, support two hard drives.
Laptops come with different hardware and different motherboards, but with the same coverage
So the bays for HARD drives are available, but the motherboard does not support the 2nd HARD drive interface.

    Welcome them

  • How put the icons on my phone

How put the icons on my phone?

It is not quite clear what you mean. It seems that if you say that you are missing some applications. You should be able to go to the App Store and re - download free of charge as long as you are connected to the same Apple ID when you bought them.

If you find not just icons, you can reset your screen at the disposal of the plant by going to settings > general > reset > reset Homescreen layout.

If you mean something else, please explain. Feel free to use the language as your most comfortable.

  • How to put the 2nd column 1st column in excel

    Hello

I have a question how to set the 2nd column 1st column in excel. Thank you.

Why the 1 iteration for loops?

Why two Index tables?  He's just trying to solve the problem created by the loops For on the original 1 d arrays.

Two of these things create 2D tables which are what complicates things and can be eliminated.

You can take your 2 1 d tables, use build table and right-click to set 'concatenate the inputs.

If you have a 2D array, you can use table remodel to make a 1 column of the table of N line 2D.

  • How put the component below (opposite side) a large component of hole?

I have a large component of hole that moves whenever I try to place a component under it... on the opposite side of the Board. How can I stop this function 'Auto-move', or, how can I change the way Ultisim recognizes this element?

    Hello

The movement is happeing because of an option called part shoving. To disable it, go to design > party rush. If this option is disabled, the part should not move. You can also lock the part by clicking right on in and selecting lock. This will allow you to put the party across the Board.

    I hope this helps.

  • where to put the 2nd disk to the 500-281 Pavilion?

I have reviewed the online documentation and have actually looked inside the computer, but don't see where a 2nd SATA drive is supposed to be installed.  I saw additional power cables, understand where the cable plugs into the card mother, quite familiar with how to add a disk.  But on this PC I do not a priori where the reader will.

As I write, I also want to confirm that the 300W power supply is sufficient for the extra drive.

    Thank you.

    Hello

You power supply is sufficient for additional hard disks. However, depending on your model, it may or may not be a provision for one SSD 2.5 ".  You need to open your PC and air.  Please see the image below.

In fact, the SSD hard drive or 2.5 "Monte on the side of the chassis in. Review the information that is displayed in this thread. You will need a SATA data cable.

See the reference for a double 3.5 "disk hard stackable crochet in the same thread.

  • which slot to put the Samsung SM951 ssd in

I have a Mac Pro 2009 and just bought an adapter Samsung SM951 SSD and m2.

    http://www.Amazon.com/GP/product/B00MYCQP38?PSC=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_deta ilpage_o01_s00

In order to obtain maximum possible performance, I wonder what pci slot to put it in. I read somewhere that slot 2 is the best, and then I think I've read on barefeats that slot 3 was better, but that might have been a RAID. I want to install only a single disk and want to choose the optimal location.

It should not make a difference because all the slots in a 2009-2012 are Gen 2. Units 1 and 2 are 16 channels and 3 and 4 are only 4 channels but the PCle card is only four lanes.

  • Upgrade the X120e HDD SSD

I had my two years, bought just before the SSD X120e became affordable.  Now, I would like to upgrade.  I was wondering if there is a compatible with my system SSD.  Maybe: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/product-and-parts/detail.page?&LegacyDocID=MIGR-76749?  In my opinion, it supports X 200, ThinkPad X 201, X200s, X201s, X 220, X 200 Tablet, X 201 Tablet, but it's like the X120e disappeared from the support database.  Do you believe that the X120e will support an SSD, perhaps with a firmware update?  Thank you very much for your answers.

I put in a Samsung 830 128 GB (7mm thick, 2.5 inches) in my x120e. Has worked fine for many months now. I don't know any similar SSD, including those with the largest capacity, works very well. Make sure you get the right thickness of the SSD (7mm). No need to update the firmware. Clone your HARD drive on the SSD via the USB port, (I used EaseUS Todo free sw), swap in the SSD drive and you're good to go.

  • HP laptop - 15-ay038no: 2nd hdd/ssd HP for laptop - 15-ay038no

    Hello

I recently bought a HP laptop - 15-ay038no and I want to add a 2nd hard drive. This model supports an additional hard drive?

I have a conector next to the CPU which is empty (wired Ribbon).

It is not an installed optical Bay.

After some extensive research, I found that the right of connector next to the central unit marked with jODD is the odd optical drive connector. I found the adapter 10 pins on ebay:

    I'll give it a try.

  • When I drop a second video clip with audio in a sequence, how is the 2nd clip will not display or launches its audio track?

I hope someone can help me with this.  I've just updated to the new CC first pro and when I drag a clip that has audio it displays correctly only audio in the audio track, BUT... when I drag a clip (or even the exact same clip) in the sequence of the audio track is not displayed and cannot be heard or published.  Just to double check, I did a new project, tried to load these two clips in reverse order and it worked the same way.  Only the first loaded track will show that it is the audio track.  When I create a new sequence by using the menus at the top specifically to test this, none of the audio tracks are displayed when the drug on the time line.

I also tried to load the video in the window source first before I drag it down. Sometimes the source plays audio, sometimes it does not. Anyway the audio still does not appear.

I hope that there is just a shoddy setting, I've turned on.  I know how to do Prime Minister rip the audio output and is it she's own track after the fact, but the whole issue is speed and convenience, and I never had this problem in the old version.  Thanks much for any help.

  • Installation of the 2nd HDD in Optiplex 380

Trying to install my drive of secondary data to another computer in an Optiplex 380. What I have learned and done so far are to install the drive, enter the BIOS to enable the SATA 2 port, and then restart. Windows recognizes the drive at startup and reported that the driver has been installed successfully. I see it in Device Manager and it claims that it works correctly, but it does not show in Explorer or disk management. The drive is a Samsung HD501LJ who worked without problem in the other system. Any help?

I thought about it. It showed as disc 1 in the Manager drive, but with no drive letter or volumn info. I had to do a right click on it and select Add so that it can be seen and have asigned a letter to it.

  • Back-up for the 2nd HDD internal?

I just bought a new Vostro 1700 with two internal hard drives. On previous computers I always backed up on an external drive. But now that I have two internal drives, I wonder if I should back up from one to the other. It would be reasonable, or should I continue using an external hard drive?

    Thank you

  • TOSHIBA HDD/SSD Alert - do I need if I have my laptop on a desk?

Hello all, I guess my question is not on the HARD drive or the hardware itself, its subject the load or the process CPU usage alert hdd in my laptop. Fact it gives a heavy load for my memory?
Someone at - he noticed your laptop to be a bit slower when this option is enabled?
I know it's protection for my HARD drive, I understand that was a time when my laptop falls or is hit, the hard disk will fail and my HDD is damaged.
But how useful this app if I have my laptop on a desk all the time without danger?

Do you advise me to turn it off?

In general the TOSHIBA HDD/SSD Alert function must monitor the operating status of HARD drive and run the backup of the system. It is very useful, but certainly not so important, tool that must run all the time. It runs in the background, does not use the resources so and in fact there is no reason to stop it, only if you want.

    That recommend you?
In my opinion you should let it run. I have the Satellite P500 and it works all the time. I t n t n stop and I noticed a few performance bad/slow more laptop because of this.
