  Are you talking about trying to add your office at approved locations of Flash Player? If so, you use the tab 'Advanced' in the local settings manager to designate the folders and files as being approved. (Full path is advanced-> Developer Tools-> trusted location settings).   It is no way - by definition - that a user can 'ownership' of another schema. A schema is, by definition, the collection of objects that belong to one owner.

  but it's maybe just semantics in the context of what you really want.
