  When I initially exported via CS6 on my video project, a part of 15 minutes, which was essentially a presentation PowerPoint with H.264 and the YouTube 1920 x 1080 29.97 FPS preset.   Then I wanted to include some videos and it was 00:02:06 in length following the above clip.  Then I added this short video segment above and has exported altogether 00:17:30 segment and low and this this is what I've done with:

  

  As you can see the addition of 2 minutes of actual video to my 15 minutes of slides increase the size of my frrom file H.264 60 MB 438MB and data rate of 221 kbit/s 3176 Kbps.  Of course, this has changed dramatically the displayability and seemed odious to me.

  Then I exported the segment by itself and here, that's what I get 00:02:06:

  

  Here we have a 114MB file and when and if I could just add that to the original file of 60 MB for 174 MB would be certainly much less than 438MB download that I had when I coded just this.  I wonder how these two files to play in order.

  I tried a software called Freemake video converter to connect these two EPRS, but the first attempt was a failure.  Anyone know of another way to provide more intelligently reduced file size while maintaining high resolution?

  I have an iMac which is fill with photos. Right now I have almost all my photos in jpg form stored in the pictures folder, and I have also several libraries of pictures with all these pictures of the images in the library (I think). I have the option to store my Photos libraries on iCloud. In addition, I have a terabyte external drive on my desktop. Currently, I also have a paid subscription for (other than iCloud) cloud backup but it only backs up my primary hard drive on my iMac.

  I need to download pictures on my drive hard main iMac to save disk space. What I would like to delete all the photos in my pictures folder, but make sure first that they exist in a library of Photos. Then I want to move my library to the external drive terabyte, is going in the future with Photos and also their synchronization to iCloud from the external drive.

  Can someone tell me how to do (or do other suggestions)? More precisely:

  -How can ensure me that my photos stored in the images are all in one of my photo library

  -evaluate the wisdom of deleting all the photos in the pictures folder and according to the photo library with a backup in iCloud

  Look and see - there is no functionality to check this - if you import photos it should ignore the duplicates so you could import all of them - but who may or may not completely eliminate duplicates

  It is great except iCloud library is not a backup - is a synchronization service and any changes anywhere are manufactured everywhere - you need a local library with the original downloaded for saved locally - TimeMachine is a good start

• How do you manage and sequence the source photos in Lightroom module book?

  I recently switched to Aperture and Lightroom CC 2015 for Mac and I am putting together a photobook of 200 + photos.

  I've grouped these 200 + pictures in 50 subfolders contained in the library module to reflect the planned sequence or grouping of photos (for example 50 photobook pages).  My question is: what is the best way for this folder structure be reflected or available in ledger?  I have to laboriously create a 'collection' to match each subfolder Library?  If I combine 50 records in a single collection, or see 'All the Photos' in the film, then I lose the file groups and it the film becomes difficult to manage.  Can I restrict or filter the photos in the film to be only in a certain Library subfolder?  Maybe create a keyword for each group of photos and manage this way?  The desired sequence correspond to chronological or order of file name.

  So any advice on how to sequence a photobook with 200 + photos (which are grouped into subfolders of the 50 library) would be very appreciated.  Thank you!

  Thanks for the quick response.  The best solution I have found so far is to drag and drop the folders in the library into Collections, creating new Collections with the same photos as each folder.  In the book Module, you can control and simplify the photos appear in the crowded film by using filters. In this way, I end up having a Collection for each page or a few pages in the photo book.

  I'm not the first user to this problem, that is why users will third-party backup programs.  But it amazes me that MS cannot go down this basic procedure and explain it to the user.

  Backup programs work very well with the following options:

  Ask the user if they want to (1) create a 'complete' backup of the selected data, (2) create a "premium" with the files changed, or (3) "incremental" with the added files.  Indicate what kind of file the user seeks to him once it was created.  Is it so difficult?  .  In an attempt to "dumb down" the process there desperately ready to confusion with the result that if you delete a 'set' to clear a space not sure what you are deleting - very dangerous.

  If the user wants to simplify and give software MS control software HAS yet to tell them what a 'set' is and what it contains. (full/differential/differential)   Otherwise, you cannot delete all files or sets for fear of erase something essential.   And you won't find until you crushed.

  Accidentally, I changed the icon of MIDI files, and I can't change it back. I tried to use the Folder Options, but it does not work. I tried to change file Associations, still no luck. The icon that I'm looking to take it is the original icon used for MIDI files, which is also the same for the video files, MP4 (not a screenshot). Is this icon in a specific file? I hope I don't have to do anything drastic, such as reinstalling Windows or do a system restore.
