Whenever I try to give up my project, I end up going in circles to and from the FAQ page. There is no number and the forums are less useful. Just give me the page to give up this project. I not the means, don't like it and won't use it.

There is no serial number for creative cloud subscription. You install the creative cloud Desktop Manager & the and with your Adobe ID and password. Then you install from the Desktop Manager. You only need a serial number if you buy a stand-alone copy.
