I know not how to change the password application and sysadmin in the oracle application. but I have a doubt.

What is required at the bottom of the application when you go to change applications and the sysadmin password in the oracle application.

You must stop the services before you can change the password of user apps, and then run the automatic configuration after changing the password and eventually train services to the top.

Stop down services or the AutoConfig running is not required for SYSADMIN (and other users of the application).

Please suggest me what is the proper way to change the apps and the sysadmin password.

to change the password for apps I followed the command below.

FNDCPASS apps/apps 0 SYSTEM APPLSYS System/Manager

for sysadmin

FNDCPASS apps/apps 0 system/sysadmin USER Manager

Please clear my doubt.

  • How to change the email password?

I can't find where change my thunderbird email password... my ISP gave me a temp and I'm going to change it, but where?
I figured out the master password, but cannot find any info on the ordinary e-mail password

Thunderbird has nothing to do with your password by e-mail. You change and administer your password by e-mail with your email provider. Go on their mail or e-mail web help page and look for a link to reset your password.

Problem solved I used the word repeated in my password (clpnADMdev11). I removed a '1' (clpnADMdev1) and then it worked fine.

    Thank you

This is probably because of the "Signon password hard to guess" profile option.

"Hard to guess password access code" can allow repeated characters? (Doc ID 1533614.1)

  • SystemCredentialsPrompt: how to change the username password entry?

I am trying to use the SystemCredentialsPrompt as password and check.

otherwise, I would say 'normal' SystemCredentialsPrompt + onSubmit opens a normal SystemPrompt, asking the user to confirm their password

  • Change the prompt 'Password required' SSL VPN

Someone knows how to change the prompt 'Password required' SSL VPN? If it is editable via ASDM I can't! I've been everywhere set it up-> remote access VPN-> clientless SSL VPN access-> Portal-> section of personalization but cannot find where this particular part of the text is changed. The problem is that the text that exists doesn't accurately reflect strategy of password of my organization.

See the image file as an attachment to the exact section of the text, I would like to change.

    Thank you

    Ben Posner

    Hi Ben,

ASDM > Configuration > VPN remote access > location of language

Expand models--> select webvpn--> export--> save the file

Now find the msgid you want to edit and write your own string under msgdtr as follows:

    #: Mummy.c:5758

    #, c-format

msgid "password expired in %s day (s), if you want to change now enter a new password with length minimum %s. '.

    msgstr "insert your string here."

Now import it to the same page of the ASDM
    Language: en

    Translation: webvpn

You should now see your custom string.

  • How to change the password for Jabber (XMPP) in Messages.app?

My understanding of the functioning of the Jabber (XMPP) is that the password take place in the email client. I am aware of how to change my password to Jabber via like Adium instant messaging clients, but I prefer to use the built-in client of Messages.app. What I can't understand, however, is how to change my password for the Jabber using Messages.app.

→ Anyone know: Messages.app can be used to change a password account Jabber? ←

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

    Yes I know.

Oh, you asked me to tell you?

    Open messages

Use the App menu > Preferences > accounts.

    Select the Jabber account.

    Uncheck the "enable this account".

    The account is now disconnected.

You should be able to type in the password box now.

Just type on the old highlighting and typing.

    EDIT.

I just read that another way.

The messages may not make the change to the password at the server end.

Because you advice I just gave you instructions on how to change the password in the application rather than using the application to change the password on the server.

Google (who run a Jabber server) can be done online in the account settings (it also changes it for the mail if you use it in Mail as well.)

Same thing for Facebook Chat (it's also a Jabber server)

Most of the other servers will have a web page method to do.
