  I am importing data from an Excel worksheet.  He is coming in LabVIEW as separate (channels) 3 tables: 1) Variable name, (2) three possibilities Int, double, String) data type and the value 3), with the clues in each table corresponding to a separate variable (I have about 180 variables to import).  My ultimate goal is to convert the string array of 'Value' in a cluster.  But I want the correct data type in the cluster and I also the elements of the cluster name to match with the string 'Variable name' table so that I can use the Unbundle based on the name in my main VI.

  Please see attachment a Subvi for more details.  I did the size of the new items of tables 5 for simplicity.   I realize that labels property cannot be changed during execution and I don't think I need to do.  I just want to use the production cluster (mainly the unbundle by name) to help design my main VI.  I will need to 'read' and 'write for' the cluster during execution, but I won't need to change the names of the items.

  I was also wondering if there is a better way to import data from Excel?  Is it possible to import directly into a cluster immediately rather than put everything as strings?  I have attached a Subvi showing how I currently bring in data (found on the forum somewhere).  It comes as table 2D, which I divided into 3 separate tables that I mention above.

  Instead of trying to create a cluster, I think I would use only variant attributes.

  The D750 is not yet supported. It may be a few weeks before Adobe proposes an update to the latest versions of Photoshop/Elements. Perhaps in October/November.

  They generally provide a pre-release version of a few weeks in advance (any day now, I hope), but as far as I KNOW, they do not usually work on Photoshop Elements.

  The new slide show feature is not compatible with older versions. You can play the videos that result or PDF files, but you can use or update your old projects. I'm afraid you will have to keep the old version of elements as well as the other.

  First, you define an action for save for Web, like this. You need not necessarily all of these steps, some of them can be done in the SFW dialog box (and note I have nested further action in this one):

  

  The important element here is the last two steps. You save them in the folder in the SFW dialog box, which is recorded in the action as an export. This is a copy of the original. You don't do any saves anywhere else, just save for Web. Then you close the original unmodified file as the final step.

  Then call the file > Automate > batch. Choose the action, choose the file source and the destination to zero value. It's important! It simply returns the original in the original unmodified folder, while save for Web saves a copy to your destination.

  

  There are other ways to do this - the procedure here land finished in a dedicated and fixed web export folder files, and I download it from there.

  That's all, so source of confusion for new users, you have my sympathy Dennis, but soon it will emerge. I think that a main thing, is that usually no need to start over. Just do a save slot for your printing doc and autour mess with here, then export to epub. Especially if you go at fixed disposal. Keep it in a 6 "by 9" and the export of single - or-(spreads) pages as an EPUB.

  I have a number of titles on lynda.com on creating the files ePub, everything for the beginning/intermediate ebook designers. The three most common are:

  This is for InDesign CC and CC 2014 and explains how to convert an EPUB of provision fixed an InDesign layout. It includes a full chapter on using interactive elements (animations, slideshows, cross-references, etc.) as well as a complete work around some issues chapter.   This warranty covers create ebooks EPUB 2 and 3 of the EPUB recomposable more typical of InDesign, which requires much more preparation for the InDesign file as ch-layout (but it is much more widely supported that the Fixed-Layout format is). This includes converting the file into a Kindle Book too, that you can't do with a layout fixed epub.

  Oddly enough, JSF isChanged() method of a component always reports by default, even if the content component changes. According to an article by Lucas Jellema, http://technology.amis.nl/blog/4223/adf-11g-use-the-changed-indicator-to-make-ajax-originated-value-refresh-explicit-to-the-user, the Changed value field must be updated manually, which seems odd to me. The article goes on to describe how to set these values programmatically.

This example shows how do I know if a line is dirty, but in my view, that it points in the right direction. The problem is that I'm not sure how to convert this code example showing a dirty row to show a dirty attribute. My biggest problem is that the QueryCollection.getViewObjectImpl the .notifyRowUpdated () method signature has changed. the code example does compile anymore; and I do not know how to follow the Bug # 4547474.

  I guess that isDirty returns true if the attribute definition has changed, not the value. It's on AttributeDef, so it cannot logically be used for changing values. Use isAttributeChanged for your purpose
