  I don't think you can convert a picture to a Word document, but you could place the JPEG format in a Word document by using the Insert > object command in Word.

  This looks like an attachment from Outlook that was sent in the RTF format.  Try asking the sender to send in text in HTML format or gross but not rich TEXT format.

  You could try setting the itemDelimiter space, then browse your channel point by point, dropping the values in a list:
