  What is the program you were using before?

  Try this:

  1. find one of your documents which normally Wouln't use WordPad to open.

  2. right click and select "Properties".

  3. in the section "open with...". ", click on"Change"... ».

  4. scroll down and find the program that you normally use and click on it. (see note below)

  5. check "Open all other files of this type with this program" at the bottom.

  6. click on 'OK' and 'OK '. You should now be back to normal.

  Note: When in step 4, you cannot find your program, please reply with the name of your program.

  You mean that you used to have some applications (such as Adobe Reader, CutePDF, FoxIt PDF Reader, etc.) which has been set as the default application to open PDF documents and somehow changed in Notepad?

  1. If you need a pdf authoring program, I recommend the free cutepdf.

  use Windows Vista as well"is not correct. What operating system that they
  term is not relevant, and it doesn't have to be the same operating system
  than the one that you are running.

  What version of Word are you running? In this case, Word 2007 or 2010, when
  you save a document, the default format is not .docx. doc. If you are
  send .docx (or .xlsx) files to a person running an old
  version of Word or Excel, except if they have installed the Microsoft «»
  Office for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 file compatibility pack
  Formats.

  Alternatively, if you want to send files, you can save the files
  in the formats .doc and .xls instead of the new .docx and .xlsx formats.

Immediately, I opened works of mircrosoft and put in the product key. It would allow me to enter the 25 character. Instead, he gave a red message that the product key is wrong. Can someone advise me on how to activate the microsoft work 2007 and make it work with all the features. Thank you.

  The product key on your computer/laptop is for the operating system Vista, not Applications for office/work.

  Please clarify - you try to import a document "Œuvres" or "word"?  In both cases, I think that you would need to have MS Office installed in order to import a Word document. One solution is to copy and paste from your application in Wordpad, then copy paste from Wordpad to DW.
