  You can use their IDs of BC and use them, which to publish the site will be under their account.

  Perhaps, if you had enabled the 'Change in the browser' feature available in Muse you can always edit your site online even if you do not have the file of Muse.

  Tutorial is not being updated, Jdeveloper 10 g, there is no need to create the BC4j package explicitly, you just create AM OT or VO and mention the name of package, JDeveloper will take care rest of things, create new your EOs

  Subdomains are a thing of the side server. This has nothing to do with the design process. In the technical sense, a subdomain is just an another (virtual directory) to which the DNS record is mapped, that is simply a separate site of Muse in a separate folder. With BC, you need a paid plan to do these things.
