How to create a vector of half-tones of a single color?

I was their creation in black and white in CS6, then converting to vector via the trace of the image since it is the only way to make a circular vector perfect that I found, but how to convert you to a color then? It wont let me just change the fill color, nor is that it allow me to select the black dots with the white arrow. I also selected "ignore white" during the tracing of the image while she had a transparent background. Help! I'd like a vector of halftone orange, and when I do a color from the beginning he creates multiple colors. I want to be of a solid color without overlapping circles. Thanks in advance!

Maybe this solution will work for you. I created a model of mixed on an object with a white on black gradient using Effects > Pixelize > halftone color option. I copied this semitone to the Clipboard, replaced the fill of the object with a spot of orange color and added an opacity mask in the transparency Panel. Select the mask, I pasted the contents of the Clipboard (paste in place) in the opacity mask and checked the option to invert the mask.

It's a little complicated, but it works! If you need to improve the quality of halftone edges, increase the resolution used via the parameters of the effects of pixelation under the menu effects.

Hope that helps,

    Hello friends,

I am new to Illustrator and need your help or advice.

I have to design a label for glass bottles that have a pre-specified label place. The bottle has something like a border in which I want to put the label.

  • How to create closed vectors in a grid of polar to complete each section a different color?

    Hi all

I use illustrator in fits and starts, and each time I'll be back I have to play catch-up again. I forgot how to take a vector such as a polar grid and divide so that each section is a closed object, I can then fill it with a color. I seem to remember that there is a simple set of commands to do this.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

  • How to create a vector from an image with a white line

I need help as soon as possible.

I have a design that I made in Photoshop CC 2014 and I need to make a vector. I was told the best way to proceed was to file in Illustrator CC 2014, which is what I have, but every guide I followed takes off the white line that goes around the text and extends beyond the tree. I need this white one to be there and it's so frustrating that I can't find a guide that will help me keep it there!

Please, if anyone has the solution, please describe in DETAIL. , I have included the image, I work for example. I put a background black on it so you can see the white line which must remain outside the vehicle. The black background will not be outside the final vector.SYH_3kx3k.jpg

    Matt,

According to me, you can do the following:

Come back to Photoshop and create black background like a rectangle, then the raster work is separated into two:

The one with the red/white text on black background and the other with the tree on black background.

Image then trace each and expand each track and then line them up by the outermost paths (tracing the outside shape of the black rectangles that must be identical).

Then take it from there, with full marks.

Hi everyone, is there anyone who knows how to make a rectangle to fill with two colors? for example a red pantone 032 C and black.

The less one I filled out (Pantone red 032C 100% and 100% transparent) and the more with (black 50% and 50% transparency).

Is it? Is this correct or there is another way?

  • How to create Bitmap with RGB 4/4/4 (bits per color) color palette?

    Hello

I would appreciate some advice on this because I have already spent hours trying to figure this out.

My task to create 32 x 32 icons to display on an LED panel (32 x 32 pixels).  To do this, I need to write an application to convert BMP files to spell bays, but before I go, I have to assures me that my BMP is created with color RGB 4/4/4 (bits/color) map.

Where can I find this setting?

    Thank you in advance!

Here are the settings I have set.

    Create the project:

    create.png

When you save a BMP file:

    save.png

This is purely speculation on my part, but I think you could do it this way.

    (1) create your image as below. Height and the actual width is not important because you can resize it easily later.

    (2) then convert the color image of the Index

In the dialog box that appears set this as follows. 16 colors is 4 bits per channel.

    (3) you can then make your icon, resize it to 32 x 32 pixels

For example, you might have something like below with not more than 16 colors

    (4) save the file as a BMP

In the dialog box that appears, choose 4 bits.

  • How to create a logo with the letters in 2 different colors

I need help with a logo. I am trying to create a logo were it is as if a light shines on the type then part letters are in 2 different colors.

Set the type by using the text of point tool (meaning click then type, no click-drag-release then type). Using objects of type two, one for each line.

Draw the path of the light with the pen tool, fill it with yellow and move it to the back (object > Arrange > Send to back).

Select the first line of text and the spotlight and go to object > clipping mask > make.

Now simply select objects of type with the direct Selection (white arrow) tool and fill them with the blue wire.

  • How to create a review of several images in a single file?

    Hey there,

I'll try to find a way to get several photos as soon as possible in a single file that I can sent to my friends to see (they have Lightroom). I tried to do that in LR but looks like that's not possible is it? Then I thought of Keynote to do it, but once I have import in the App, it shows all merged in one place. Any idea?

How about this: select layout Sheet of Contact and use one of the templates provided with LR in Model Explorer (4 x 5 contact sheet...)?

Images marked in the film will be 'auto-rempli' If you select use: Selected Photos in the toolbar under the area of the image.

  • How to create this type of drop shadow to a vector

    Hello!

I wanted to ask you how to create this type of drop shadow to a vector in illustrator. I've seen these files and tried a lot to create that effect

    123.jpg

The shadow under the letters make this beautiful banner.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I wouldn't have the effect of "vector". I could do this:

    1. Select the text object
    2. The background/contour value 'None '.
    3. Add 2 attributes of filling level of the objects in the "appearance" Panel
    4. Give the top of the page a 'white' and low 'Black.
    5. Select the fill 'Black' and it has an effect of "blur".
    6. Set the transparency of the fill black to "multiply".
    7. Save the appearance as a 'chart' Style and assign to each character separately

If you want to change the character of a select skin, make the changes, and 'Option' drag the thumbnail from the appearance on the graphical Style available today. The changes will appear at any location, the Style is used.

  • How can I create a vector path around an image border?

I've attached a screenshot of an image created in Photoshop CS4 with a wacom. It shows a gray line border around the whole image that was created with edit/stroke, and then color and width of the selected outline.

What I want to do is to put that image in Illustrator CS4 and create a vector boundary road aroun d the image like the stroke limit in Photoshop. But I do not know how thatx except by manually with the pen tool.

Anyone know if it is possible to create a vector path around the image in the same way that I created the line of race around the image in Photoshop?

If you already have the path traced in photoshop, go to file-> export-> tracks to Illustrator..., then choose the desired path and export. Open the file in Illustrator, then get the path.

  • How to create a pattern gradient in Illustrator

I don't know the best way to describe what it is, so I'm the appellant a "gradient pattern. Basically, I'm trying to figure out how to make a gradient like the one in the photo, where the forms are located in the upper part and disperse evenly down. Any advice on this is appreciated, thanks!7426_Techfit_Primeknit_MF.png

It does not really resemble a traditional mask opacity job for me because there is no actual all bland, its more to do with the gradual change of size and spacing of the forms in the model. an opacity mask would be a great way to face fading from 100% to 0% in the tone of a model, but it could probably be done with future adjustments easier to 'fill' just a model with a shade of color gradient?

There was some discussion recently that resembled halftone patterns and a guy showed how to use different (other than the default points) forms under the mixed model that would achieve the result of half of this design superior. you will have to look a few threads of halftone pattern to identify it.

as a simple manual option you could just draw the shape on top, then scale and adjust one down and use a form to make a "column of the model, then repeat it across the page.

the lower part dotty looks more like a traditional model of halftone, Phantasm plugin allows great control of things like that, or you can just play with a radial gradient black and white as a fill of a circle and use the model of half-tone effect to create the points.
