I can make a file but cannot put a subfolder inside

Hello

After you have created the file number 1, open that folder.

Inside this folder right click and select new/folder and the second folder will be a subfolder of the folder number 1.

    Hi Lilian13,

You can read the following article and check if it helps:

  • How to pin folders and files to the taskbar?

I have a few updates from XP to Windows 7.  How to pin folders and files to the taskbar?  I got a lot of these in my XP Quick Launch bar.

    Mike

PIN Windows Explorer in the taskbar and you can right click to get your recently viewed files.

You can also add toolbars to the taskbar.
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-GB/Windows7/add-a-toolbar-to-the-taskbar

A toolbar can be any folder in Windows Explorer. So you can put any selection of files to a user created folder and access these files quickly thanks to a simple icon in your taskbar.

However, don't go overboard you can quickly run out of space on the taskbar. My toolbars are interspersed between the program pinned to the taskbar, tasks and links with the Noification area to the right. The section of the program will go to a second line below according to the needs and so you can limit the space allocated to programs if you wish.

  • What has changed on my computer? I was able to create folders and can no more do this...

What has changed on my computer? I was able to create folders and can no more do this... I have Windows 7 with Microsoft Office Home and Business 2010... before uninstalling some software yesterday, I could create a new folder. now I can create is no longer a new folder.

How can I solve this problem?
    Thank you

    Hello Annette,.

It is a problem for a long time under Windows 7. To solve it I recommend that you only install the following program - FileMenu Tools. You can download the portable freeware from here: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

After having downloaded and installed the program, you will notice that, by default, each option is checked. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long! When the main window opens, you will see a list on the right side of all the elements that can be added to the context menu. Start weeding through the list and every one to take away, you don't need the United Nationsby checking the box.

Once you have completed your selection (de-selections) make sure that you click the green check mark in the row of icons at the top of the left window of the interface to 'Apply' of your choice. The program can do much more, but that answers your specific question. I am told that the program has a good help file, so try here if you are interested.

Let me know if this solves the problem for you.

    Kind regards

  • Folders and subfolders

I had created some folders and subfolders in 5 elements, mainly the Decade and the year of folders and subfolders. They displayed no 11 elements. Do I have to manually recreate all these or there at - it another way around?

Do you see an icon of two folder next to my files.

Click on any folder you want to view and select this icon. It will open this folder in the hierarchy tree.

  • How to create variables and store them?

How to create variables and store them?

As someone has already said, we need to learn a little more about what you want to do with these variables, but in general, APEX elements are probably what you want. You can create the elements APEX at the request or Page level. Once you define the value of an element, you can reference anywhere else in the application. So if you have an article on page 1 called P1_ENAME, you can reference it on page 32 using bind variables syntax: P1_ENAME. If you just want to store but not to display certain information, you can use either a hidden page element or an element of Application level. Take a look at day 2 Developers Guide for more information.
