  To my work when I login on my roaming profile on any PC, my office is simple with only the company logo and a list of clickable buttons.  Some are for applications such as Word and Internet Explorer MS, and some are for specialized applications.  They are grouped in different parts of the office and it's also a bit of text on the desktop that displays the name of the user connected and when they connected and when the logon has been authenticated.

  There are also 2 buttons for 'Connect readers' and «Printers Connect»

  Again, I have the taskbar and menu - everything above is on the wallpaper real start.

  The company uses Windows XP Professional.

  You said you were using APEX 4.0, if I was testing on 4.0, but using one of its new themes based on the standards. 15 theme is a theme of legacy from older versions of APEX, mainly to ensure a certain level of support for the despised IE6 browser.   If you want stuff like that, stick with LiveCycle Designer, with all its limitations. LiveCycle Designer is therefore more part of the Acrobat, is Windows only, etc. etc. My impression is that Adobe is it gradually.

  However the analytical user privilege has changed the APR because of the operation of the server.

  Since then, there was a message saying that there is no permission to create tables in the crawl log.

  analytical user privilege was granted after checking this message, as I suspected, the problem occurred after you change the analytical user privilege.

  Currently, Analytics is granted with all the privileges.

  I think that simulates what you are trying to accomplish. I've implemented the simplest method I could think of.

  The report is based on a collection of apex. If you are not familiar with this, you should study the documentation: APEX_COLLECTION

  To recreate my example, you should:

  (1) create a report (interactive) on your collection

  SELECT *
     FROM APEX_collections
   WHERE collection_name = 'MY_COLLECTION'
  

  (2) create a selection list page_item for the tables that you want to display (in my case, this is called "P38_TABLES")

  (3) create a dynamic action that triggers on the evolution of your selection list page_item. Dynamic action must be a parade of PL/SQL procedure the following code:
