  Need to know if I am correct or miss me something... I deploy many virtual machines using method.

  1. remove the vmdk files a XP.

  2. create new folders and copy the vmdk into this folder.

  3. create virtual machines using existing vmdk files.

  4 rename the computer and join it to the domain.

  My question is, my VMDK files are an existing xp VM (no longer exist), what is the status of the deployed virtual machines? they still have the same SID or it is changed? I managed to join to the domain, but do not want surprises in the future.

  Note:

  I had another option, could have all these automated with new SID using PowerCLi, unfortunately, osCustomization has default, I can't event run the get-OsCustomization command, it keeps failing.

  Yes, Windows writes the SID on disk (virtual disk for virtual machines) or physical disk for physical machines.  The guest operating system has no idea on the vmx file.

  I have a virtual machine that was created with the dynamic disk expansion. When I run the converter, it asks to "convert all the disc and maintain size or select volumes and resize. If I select convert all and that size, it's still a disk to dynamic or static size affects the size?

  Okay, it looks like you don't have a license for the converter.  If you write files locally, then you want to choose compatible Workstation 5, because that's what will work on ESX.  Then run the converter and select the vm backup files, and as your destination, you should be able to select ESX.

  I think I have a couple of orphaned files hard in one of my data stores, but I hesitate to delete it without confirming that it has been adandonded. I know that I can use the menu change the settings to manually search on each virtual machine if the file in question is in use, but is there an easier way to determine this on the opposite side?

  I would like to be able to tell what VM a special hard (or any file in the data also store) is linked to.

  I'm currently editing the Flex SDK Source files to fix some bugs in the DataGrid. I found the source code files in the Program Files directory to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Flex Builder 2\Flex SDK 2\frameworks\source\mx. I am able to open these files in Flex and edit the code. However, when I compile my application and try to browse the code, it seems that the SDK files do not get compiled.

  Here's what you do:

  Make a copy of the source file in your own project directory, BUT use the EXACT SAME path. For example, mx.controls.DataGrid must go in the mx/controls directory in your project. In this way the compiler will pick up files changed on those in the SDK. In other words, do not modify the code in the framework source directory, copy and modify the copy.

  You can also do this with your own CFCS (library Flex) and then whenever you want to use your code to ours, simply place your CFC above ours in any Application Flex project library path you use.

  I run a virtual disk of Windows 7 Home Premium to professional Fusion 5.0.2; the host operating system is 10.8.2. The sparse disk size is set to 40 GB. After the Windows defragmentation and cleanup of the virtual machine, Fusion 5 General preferences pane indicates the total size of the VM as 33.2 GB. I have not instant. The problem is that the size of the virtual machine, as shown in the Finder is 70,56 GB. My offsite backup drive is full and I'm trying to reduce the size of the backup set.   According to the files in the folder and the newspapers, it seems that there is a problem with the (assumingly in October 2011) virtual machine and the virtual machine was back on the basic disk, making useless existing snapshot!

  What you can do - make sure that you have a full backup - is to properly close the virtual machine, and then move all files from snapshots (files hard with 00000 x in their file name) to another folder and power on the virtual machine again. If this works as expected you can delete obsolete files.

I'll just add with locally managed tablespace that the maximum number of spans is always unlimited even if you specify a value in the storage of declaration of establishment clause. Oracle does not take into account the value you provide and will with unlimited.   I'm sorry I didn't know you already had the map.  There is a property for NO-Scope node to determine the total amount of available memory that we can then divide down to get the memory available per channel.  Please see the vi and help below:

  

  This gives a shot, just drop it in a VI that you use and if it should return your memory cards.  If you don't have a LabVIEW I can probably retrieve the purchased version by querying your serial number.

  The order of items in a cluster is the same as the order that you added them. To change the order, just right click and select "rearrange controls in the group. If you use Unbundle by name, you don't care the order.
