  You cannot disable the work plans that they are an integral part of the program, but you don't need to use either. I guess that when you tap new to create a new document, it creates a work plan. It is simply because Photoshop, remembers the last type of document he created. I know that the drive at least worked, because I installed it on my old computer. the disc itself according to me is physically broken I see cracks in the Center.
