  I associated some images to help you follow the excellent instructions of Jacob. Here you go:

  1. create a circle with a stroke and no fill. This eventually becomes thick circle on your phaser array, then give him a thick line and rounded tips.

  

  2. find the scissors tool and click twice on the way to circles indicating where you want to remove a part of the circle.

  

  

  Click along the line between the two points and delete the part.

  

  

  3 choose object > path > outline STROKE. What Jacob meant by 'give the desired time and filling', is that AFTER having chosen the line of contour, you now can fill this object with a color and give it a new trait. I chose to fill red mine and give her a 2pt to illustrate the difference.

  

  

  4 now, choose object > path > offset path. Be sure to check "Preview" to see the changes that you make. Must you really just change the offset value. I chose 5 px.

  

  

  Now, you have options.

  

  Since it's two objects, I selected the external object and removed the filling. On the inside, I removed the black line. This is the result.

  You can try to cut the clip and take a fresh start or endpoint for the clip to set the duration. The start trim point determines when the clip will start playing, and the end trim point determines when the clip stops in your project and final film.

  To trim a video clip

  1. If you are in the Storyboard view, click, and then on the timeline.

  2. in the timeline panel, click the clip you want to cut.

  3 use the controls to play under the preview monitor to find the point where you want to cut out the clip.

  4 follow these steps:

  ·        When the playback indicator is at the location where you want the video or audio clip selected in replay, clickClip and then click TrimBeginning.

  ·        When the playback indicator is at the location where you want the video or audio clip selected to stop playback, clickClip, and then click TrimEnd.

  For the timeline, drag a second copy of the video on the audio / music and

• How to draw a box under a trace of waveform?

  Hi all

  I have a graph of waveform of 3000 point showing a series of peaks.  For one of these peaks, for which I know the beginning and end clues, I would draw a box under the waveform on the graph, to highlight its position programmatically.  I don't know if there is a way to do it.

  I figured out how to draw cursors at the beginning and at the end, but finally I do for multiple peaks, and forest of cursors quickly becomes confused.  A simple shaded box works much better.

  Any ideas?

  The code LV was very close to what I wanted to do and is easy to use to determine how to make my code produces the result I wanted.  Basically, I added another form of wave to my chart, using my known indices x to set the values of Y for the areas I wanted to be gray as + infinity and leaving the rest to =-infinity.  I then plotted this second graph on top of the original waveform and the property node to set the fill indicator for - infinite.

  That does not answer the general question of how to draw a filled rectangle with the coordinates on a graph, but this does not fix what I wanted to achieve.

  PS: I'm including a preview of the result and a snapshot of the code used to define the property node programmatically.  I do not understand my code just as it is complicated, and I would also need to add a large set of data.  I hope that the pictures are enough to help someone else referencing this Council!
